Share market update: Power shares gain; BHEL up 1%
NEW DELHI: The BSE Power index was up in Thursday’s morning session.
Shares of Reliance InfrastructureNSE 3.24 % (up 1.78 per cent) , GMR Infrastructure (up 1.68 per cent) , Bharat Heavy Electricals (up 1.49 per cent) , JSW Energy (up 1.3 per cent) , Kalpataru Power Transmission (up 1.25 per cent) , ABB India Ltd (up 1.01 per cent) , Adani Power (up 0.94 per cent) , Siemens (up 0.69 per cent) , KEC International (up 0.61 per cent) , Adani Transmissions (up 0.39 per cent) , Torrent Power (up 0.28 per cent) , NTPC (up 0.25 per cent) and NHPC (up 0.21 per cent) were among the top gainers.
