Share market update: OMCs trade in the green; BPCL rises 3%

NEW DELHI: The BSE Oil & Gas index was trading higher in Thursday’s session.

Shares of Petronet LNG (up 6.33 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation (up 3.31 per cent), Indraprastha Gas (up 2.45 per cent), Castrol India (up 2.24 per cent), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (up 1.71 per cent), Gujarat State Petronet (up 1.05 per cent) and HPCL (up 0.25 per cent) were among the top gainers.

The S&P BSE Oil & Gas index was trading 0.36 per cent up at 9324.77 around 02:07 pm.
