Share market update: OMCs trade in the green; BPCL rises 2%

NEW DELHI: The BSE Oil & Gas index was trading higher in Tuesday’s morning session.

Shares of Bharat Petroleum Corporation (up 1.5 per cent), Gujarat State Petronet (up 1.22 per cent), Indraprastha Gas (up 1.16 per cent), HPCLNSE 1.20 % (up 1.06 per cent), Indian Oil Corporation (up 0.17 per cent) and Castrol India (up 0.12 per cent) were among the top gainers.

The S&P BSE Oil & Gas index was trading 0.1 per cent up at 14501.56 around 10:47 am.
