SC stays proceedings initiated by Rel Infra’s Delhi Airport Metro Express
The Supreme Court on Monday deferred the proceedings initiated by Reliance Infrastructure’s Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt Ltd (DAMEPL) for the execution of the Rs 4700-crore arbitration award that it won against Delhi Metro Rail Corp (DMRC) in May 2017.
The stay by the apex court is granted till it hears DMRC’s curative petition.
