SC asks SpiceJet & Marans to settle share transfer dispute
The Supreme Court on Thursday again asked SpiceJet and the Marans, the former promoters of the airlines, to settle their share transfer dispute after both sides made offers and counter-offers to settle the long-pending row over dues relating to the transfer.
The Marans offered to settle for an upfront payment of half the interest due to them or half of ₹300 odd crore. The rest can be paid in three years at an interest to be decided by the top court, the Marans said through senior advocate Dushyant Dave.
