SAIL asks NCLT to investigate Jaypee

Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has called for an investigation into the affairs of Jaiprakash Associates in a petition filed at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Delhi. SAIL has alleged of irregularities by the Jaypee Group flagship company at a cement manufacturing joint venture that the two companies operate.
