Rs 4.63 a unit

NTPC has signed a PPA with Andhra Pradesh government for supplying them 500 MW solar power at Rs 6.16 per unit. The project is to be set up in Gani-Sakunala Solar Park Phase II, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh under NSM Phase-II, Batch-II, Tranche-I for total capacity of 500 MW (350 MW x 1 project under Open Category and 50 MW x 3 Projects under DCR category). For this project NTPC will also get viability gap funding (VGF) from the centre.
