RPower allots 59.5 crore shares, 73 crore warrants to RInfra
New Delhi: Reliance Power on Thursday said it has allotted 59.5 crore shares to Reliance Infrastructure NSE 0.37 %. In a statement, Reliance Power said it has also allotted to its promoter company 73 crore warrants.
“Consequent to shareholders’ approval through postal ballot, Reliance Power has allotted 59.50 crore equity shares and 73 crore warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the company by conversion of debt to Reliance Infrastructure,” it said.
