Road caves in near City Centre project site, repair work begins

Due to continuous rain, the road near the City Centre project site in G-block of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Colony caved in, posing a grave threat to motorists.

Though the field staff of Ludhiana Improvement Trust (LIT) did visit the site yesterday evening, the emergency repair work was taken up today morning. The pit was filled with sand and sand bags were placed around it.
