RLDA to lease Dwarka land parcel for Rs 1,193 crore
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for leasing out 124,000-Sqm of a railway land parcel for Rs 1193 crore in Sector 21, Dwarka, Delhi.
The land parcel can be used for both residential (55%) and commercial (45%). Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 10 and the last date of e-bid submission is February 6 this year.
