RIL to hold its virtual AGM on July 15
Mumbai: India’s most-valued firm Reliance Industries (RILNSE -0.93 %) said on Monday it will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM) on July 15.
The company’s 43rd AGM will be held through these means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), the company said in an exchange filing.
RIL said its annual report for the financial year 2019-20, comprising the notice of the AGM and financial for the fiscal year, along with board’s report, auditors’ report and other documents required to be attached thereto, will be sent to all the members of the company whose email addresses are registered with the company or the depository participant.
