RIL CFO to sell/gift 3.5 lakh shares next year

Mukesh Ambani-run Reliance Industries today announced that the conglomerate’s chief financial officer or CFO, Alok Agarwal intends to sell 2.25 lakh shares and gift another 1.25 lakh shares next year.

According to the trading plan filed by the company under Insider Trading Regulations, Agarwal intends to execute the trade in multiple tranches between May 10, 2023, and August 31, 2023.
