Reformed BOT should be definitely doable: Vinayak Chatterjee, Feedback Infra

There are many things wrong with the concession agreements. If all of that is taken care of and a certain degree of healthy appreciation is there about restructured BOTs, then these should once again be doable in a reformed and refashioned form, says Vinayak Chatterjee, Chairman, Feedback Infra. Excerpts from an interview with ETNOW.

It seems the PMO has written a letter to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways with various suggestions. Do you think NHAI can operate as an AMC?

I have seen the letter and I suppose it is an exploratory letter. It is a letter that seeks to prod the ministry and NHAI to do some internal evaluations of the strategies going forward. There is nothing negative about the letter.
