REC Ltd. shares decline 0.7% as Sensex climbs

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 4.3, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 0.5. Return on equity (ROE) was at 14.04 per cent, according to exchange data.
