Ramco Systems sees rapid growth in aviation business
Enterprise software firm Ramco Systems said bookings in its aviation business had doubled in the first six months of the ongoing fiscal year, with companies using the downtime to implement digital transformation initiatives.
The company said on Monday that it had won a multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract from Iberia Maintenance (Iberia MRO), which is one of the leading MRO service providers in Europe.
The deal is the largest the company has won in the aviation business and in Europe, and among the largest MRO contracts. The contract is for five years once it goes live.
“People are trusting smaller, specialised software providers like us and we have seen high growth in aviation in the last six months,” said Virender Aggarwal, CEO, Ramco Systems.
