Railways to partner with Hyderabad-based firm to offer digital parcel delivery
HYDERABAD: In a step towards modernising parcel delivery, the Indian Railways has partnered with a Hyderabad-based company, ROQIT – an AI-based platform under Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd. The pilot of the project will be launched in the South Central Railway zone in early 2026, before expanding across the country, an official release stated.
The initiative marks a shift from traditional paper-based parcel booking to a fully digital, door-to-door service.
