Punjab Govt will bring resolution in Assembly to name Halwara airport after Shaheed Sarabha
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led Punjab Government will bring a resolution in the Vidhan Sabha to name the Halwara airport after the great martyr Kartar Singh Sarabha.
“As a mark of respect to the great freedom fighters, the State Government has already named the Mohali airport after the legendary martyr Shaheed Bhagat Singh…A 35-feet high statue of the great martyr will be installed at the airport. The State Government will also pass a resolution in Punjab Vidhan Sabha for naming the upcoming Halwara airport in the name of Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha,” said Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Thursday
