Pune airport to get swanky new integrated terminal building by Aug 2023

The new integrated terminal building with a built-up area of 7,50,000 square feet, a capacity to handle 16 million passengers per annum (MPPA) and with world-class facilities being constructed by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) will be thrown open to air passengers by August 2023.

Being constructed at the cost of Rs. 475 crore, the new integrated terminal building will reduce the congestion during the peak hours at the airport. “More than 55 per cent of the work has been completed and construction of the new building is likely to be completed by August 2023,” an official statement put out on behalf of AAI said.
