PTC India Financial Services recovers Rs 127 crore from NRSS XXXVI Transmission

PTC India Financial Services (PFS) gets a boost with a recovery of Rs 127 crore from Resurgent Power-owned NRSS XXXVI Transmission Ltd, ahead of its first board meeting in three months.

The company ran into trouble with three independent directors resigning in January over corporate governance issues. The company board will meet on April 8 to consider the financial statements for the quarter and the nine-month period to December 31, 2021.
