PSPCL ties with French company to resolve power supply complaints
To provide better consumers services to its consumers in Mohali circle, the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has tied up with French multi-national company, Teleperformance, to resolve power supply related complaints.
As a part of the same, the state’s Principal Secretary (Power) and Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL) chairman-cum-managing director A Venu Prasad flagged off well-equipped ‘Complaint Handling Bikes’ on Thursday, in the presence of PSPCL chairman-cum-managing director Baldev Singh Sran and other officials.
“The French firm is currently providing its services in 80 countries around the world. As many, 90 Complaint Handling Bikes have been deployed for Mohali circle area, and each bike team will have two expert technicians equipped with a special type of uniform and latest equipment,” said Prasad.
