Pristine Logistics looks to acquire DLI, aims to become India’s leading private sector container train operator

Pristine Malwa Logistics Park Pvt Ltd (Pristine Malwa) along with its holding company have reached a share purchase and shareholders’ agreement with an aim to acquire Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Private Ltd and its group companies (DLI India).

The companies have entered into an agreement with Infrastructure India Plc (IIP), which is the holding company of DLI India and DLI Mauritius. According to the agreement, DLI Mauritius will sell the entire equity of DLI India to Pristine Malwa.
