POWERGRID organises State Level Painting Competition
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) a Maharatna CPSU under Ministry of Power, Government of India organised State Level Painting Competitions on Energy Conservation for students in Assam, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa, Tamil Nadu,Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu, at 54 centres as part of ongoing Azadi ka Am- rit Mahotsav celebrations.
More than 27,642 children from various schools across the country splashed colors on their canvas and showcased their creative skills on topics of Energy Efficient India and Cleaner Planet.
The painting competition is part of the National Awareness Campaign launched by Minis- try of Power, to promote energy conservation in the country.
