Powercom gears up for uninterrupted power supply during summer-paddy season
To ensure quality, reliable, and uninterrupted power supply to consumers of all categories for upcoming summer or paddy season-2021, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has chalked out a comprehensive plan besides its efficacious implementation.
Taking stock of the pre-preparations during a meeting with senior officers of the North Zone, PSPCL chairman-cum-managing director A Venu Prasad has directed the officers to ensure that the repair or maintenance works of transmission lines or grids, substations and transformers would be completed at the earliest.
Prasad also instructed that overloaded transmission lines or grid substations would also be de-loaded on priority basis to avert any inconvenience to consumers regarding supply position or any other issue etc.
