Power shutdown announced for Tambaram
CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) has announced that power supply will be suspended in Tambaram on Friday to facilitate maintenance work.
There will be no power supply from 9am to 2pm in shops and houses along Viswanathan Street, Panchayat Market, Suguna Colony, Kolapillai Street, Kamatchi Nagar, Housing Board, Durga Nagar, Thiruvalluvar Street and surrounding areas.
Power supply would be resumed before 2 pm if work is completed, said an official release.
