Power Grid Q1 profit jumps 8% YoY to Rs 2,428 crore; misses Street expectations
Power Grid Corporation of IndiaNSE -1.61 % on Friday posted a 8.30 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in standalone net profit at Rs 2,427.89 crore for the quarter ended June 2019.
It had reported a net profit of Rs 2,241.70 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Analysts in an ETNow poll had projected a net profit of Rs 2,450 crore.
