Protecting consumers against exorbitant power tariff, the Kerala Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) has dismissed Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd (KSEB Ltd)’s proposal for upgrading two unserviceable diesel generator sets with natural gas based power plants.
