PM Modi remembers Major Dhyan Chand during the launch of Ujjwala 2.0
Late hockey player Major Dhyan Chand and a string of personalities associated with the Indian freedom struggle- all hailing from Bundelkhand, found place in prime minister Narendra Modi’s address after launching the Ujjwala scheme 2.0 from Mahoba in Bundelkhand, UP. Modi said due to the roll out of Ujjwala, the country is very close to 100% gas coverage.
