Playing near pole, 2 minors electrocuted

BAREILLY: Two minor siblings were electrocuted to death after coming in contact with an electric pole in Yakubpur village of Jalalabad area on Monday. With this, the death toll due to electrocut ion among minors in western UP in the past five days has reached seven.

Sub-divisional officer of UP Power Corporation Limited Mahendra Kumar said, “We will invest igate the reason behind this incident and check all the Earth-Leakage Circuit Breakerof poles. ”
