Platform ticket charge hiked at eight railway stations in Tamil Nadu
CHENNAI: Southern Railway will collect Rs 20 as platform ticket charge at eight major railway stations in Chennai and its suburbs till January 31. This is meant to control crowding at the stations in the festival season.
