Petrol prices rise by nearly half a rupee in 3 days after staying unchanged for 49 days
New Delhi: Petrol prices have risen by nearly half a rupee per litre in three days after staying unchanged for 49 days.
In Delhi, petrol price is up 47 paise in three days to Rs 80.90 per litre. Diesel rates have been unaltered at Rs 73.56 a litre since the end of July. In Mumbai, petrol cost Rs 87.58 a litre and diesel Rs 80.11 a litre on Tuesday.
