Petrol, diesel price see another round of rate cut today. Check latest rates
NEW DELHI : As crude oil rates fell by 16% in January, petrol and diesel prices continued to drop for the third consecutive day today. Petrol price became cheaper by 8 paise a litre and diesel price by 6 paise a litre today.
In New Delhi, a litre of petrol today costs ₹73.19 and diesel ₹66.22. In Mumbai, a litre of petrol comes at a price of ₹78.83 a litre and diesel ₹69.42 a litre. If you are in Bengaluru, you will have to pay ₹75.66 for petrol and ₹68.46 for diesel. In Chennai, petrol costs ₹76.03 and diesel ₹69.96. Those in Hyderabad will have to pay ₹77.85 for petrol and ₹72.22 for diesel. In Gurgaon, you pay ₹73.05 for petrol and ₹65.47 for diesel.
