ONGC-Indian Oil, GAIL and MCPI submit bids for bankrupt JBF Petro
A consortium of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation NSE -2.89 % (ONGC NSE -2.89 %) and Indian Oil Corp NSE -0.28 %, besides GAIL (India) and Kolkata-based MCPI have submitted formal bids to take over Mangalore-based bankrupt company JBF NSE 4.12 % Petrochemicals, two people familiar with the deal said.
