ONGC Chennai distributes aid SC/ST plan
CHENNAI: ONGC Chennai has distributed aid worth Rs.33.56 lakh under SC/ST Component Plan among beneficiaries in Tamil Nadu.
Aid was towards education, self-employment & livelihood support, school infrastructure development, promoting art & culture and health & fitness. Deserving beneficiaries from SC/ST community got the aid under ONGC’s SC/ST Component Plan 2020-21 and ONGC All India Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Employees Welfare Association
(AISCSTEWA), Chennai Unit Members Contributory Fund.
The aid was distributed in Chennai on December 29.
A total of 214 direct beneficiaries, plus additionally, students of a Government.
