Ola Electric said it is giving customers an option to replace the front fork arm of the company’s electric scooters free of cost, following complaints that the part snapped while on road.
The company said recently there have been concerns among its users around the safety of the scooter’s front fork arm, a key component between the body of the vehicle and its wheel. Ola Electric said that the concerns are unfounded.
