Ola Electric files draft papers for IPO, to raise Rs 5,500 crore via fresh issue
MUMBAI – Ola Electric has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for an initial public offering of shares. The electric mobility company plans to raise Rs 5,500 crore through a fresh issue of shares.
The public issue also comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of 9,51,91,195 shares by existing shareholders.
