New National Company Law Tribunal bench to hear Go First case

The pleas by Go First aircraft and engine lessors will be heard by a new National Company Law Tribunal bench, the tribunal said on Monday.

On October 4, hearing a batch of applications filed by ten Go First lessors, the earlier bench had asked the registry to list the matter before the NCLT president for clarification.
