Negligence reason behind electrocution of MPSEB employee

MP Nagar police has registered a case of death due to negligence of 40-year-old MPSEB employee in the year 2018 who died of electrocution. After investigation, a case was registered on Monday.

According to the police, the deceased Ramswaroop was electrocuted while working near Yes bank in MP Nagar. Police were informed and based on the information, a police team reached the spot and started investigation.

The deceased was rushed to nearby hospital where he was declared dead. The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.

During the further investigation, police found that the deceased died due to negligence and was electrocuted at the time when he was working. The police have registered case under section 304 A of the IPC and started further investigation.
