NCLT directs Go First RP to file additional affidavit, include progress on maintenance

Go First’s resolution professional was directed by the National Company Law Tribunal on Friday to file an additional affidavit within the next 10 days, which shall also include a report on the maintenance of assets.

The lessors in six applications, where pleadings have been completed, informed the tribunal that maintenance of assets as directed by the tribunal in its earlier order was not taking place and requested that the RP include a report on maintenance of assets in the additional affidavit.
