NCLAT extends inspection rights to Go First’s aircraft lessor Jackson Square Aviation Ltd
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal on Thursday extended inspection rights to bankrupt airline Go First’s lessor Jackson Square Aviation Ireland Ltd.
Jackson Square Aviation Ireland Ltd was one of the parties affected by the NCLT order. On June 5, the aircraft lessor had approached the NCLT to restrain Go First from flying the eight aircraft leased by the company.
