Mumbai: One-hour power cut in parts of Sion

MUMBAI: Most parts of Sion, including Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital, faced power outage for more than an hour on Sunday night. The hospital was not severely affected as it used the backup generator.

Sources said power lines at the local substation had tripped and repairs were carried out on war footing. But BEST committee member Ravi Raja alleged that the officials took time to detect the fault and scores of residents were inconvenienced.
