Mumbai: Diesel price crosses Rs 102 per litre
MUMBAI: Petrol price in Mumbai was hiked once again on Sunday and is now retailing at Rs 111.77 per litre.
Diesel price has crossed the Rs 102-mark and is being sold at the pumps for Rs 102.52 per litre today.
The price of petrol in neighbouring Thane and Navi Mumbai is Rs 111.90 while diesel revised price on Sunday is Rs 102.65 per litre.
The city witnessed huge traffic jams, with scores of private cars and bikes on road during the weekend. Petrol pump dealers said the rush for refuelling vehicles with petrol and diesel continued on Saturday evening and there were queues at few pumps in suburbs.
