MPTC installs 132 kV substation at Sonora

Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company installed a new line of very high pressure at 132 kV substation Sonora Satna II. With the help of district administration Satna has succeeded in providing an additional option of ultra-high pressure supply to Satna.

It is noteworthy that the construction work of line of 132 KV Satna Maihar line for 132 KV Satna – two substations included in ADB scheme and its only remaining work was not possible due to serious ROW (Land Acquisition) problems. It was started in 2016 but solving the serious ROW problems had become a tedious task even for the local administration.
