More flights from Jharsuguda please’
Minister and Jharsuguda MLA Naba Kisore Das met Alliance Air Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Navneet Sood at the Odisha Bhawan in New Delhi on Monday and requested him to start more flights from Jharsuguda to Bhubaneswar, Mumbai and Delhi.
Das highlighted the revenue collection from Jharsuguda in recent days for both air and railways and asked the company’s management to consider increasing the base of daily commuters from Jharsuguda. He suggested to the Alliance Air start a second flight between Jharsuguda and Bhubaneswar, a second flight to Delhi and operate regular flights to Mumbai and Visakhapatnam daily.
