Miscreants torch hywa of coal mining company

Over a dozen armed miscreants torched two hywa trucks of Amber Mining Company working for BCCL in the block II area late on Monday night. The incident spot falls under Baghmara police station.The miscreants also damaged the office of the outsourced mining company in an apparent attempt to intimidate owners and workers. The miscreants also opened fire in air and exploded bombs and assaulted employees, according to the employees and guards on duty.

The incident took place around midnight. The police reached the incident spot only after the miscreants returned. Baghamara police station officer – in- charge Subedar Yadav, who reached on spot said, fire was doused with help of police and CISF personnel.
