Maharashtra: Mahavitaran’s record power Supply of 22339 MW on Tuesday without interruption

MUMBAI: Except Mumbai, the state-wide jurisdiction of Mahavitaran, witnessed highest ever demand and supply of Power on tuesday (March9) at 22, 339 MW.

With accurate power procurement, augmentation of distribution network, and succesful expansion, operation and maintenance works , Mahavitaran successfully fulfilled this demand which is also its highest ever supply so far.

Currently, the state is experiencing summer heat which is increasing day by day and so the demand. Also, the electricity consumption of agriculture pumps is increasing regularly resulting in increased power demand since last few days, said an MSDCL press release.
