Lufthansa Cargo DB Schenker team up for first sustainable fuel flight

MUMBAI: Lufthansa Cargo has flown a Boeing 777F flight from Frankfurt to Shanghai on sustainable aviation fuel.

“This first CO2-neutral freight flight was made possible by a cooperation between DB Schenker and Lufthansa Cargo. The logistics service provider and the air freight company transported goods from Siemens Healthineers AG, among others, on this flight,” said a statement.
