L&T rises 3% as arm bags up to Rs 2,500 crore order from Delhi Metro
NEW DELHI – Shares of Larsen and Toubro jumped 3 per cent in early trade on Thursday as the construction infrastructure major’s arm L&T Construction won a significant order from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to design and construct the underground metro project of Phase-IV of Delhi MRTS.
L&T’s counter rose to a high of Rs 1,740.80 as against Rs 1,690.95 at previous close on the National Stock Exchange.
