Keshav stresses on meeting deadline, quality of projects

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Wednesday directed officials to meet the deadline of all ongoing projects while maintaining high quality as laid down by the government.

He told the officials that if any problem arose in completing the work, it should be immediately brought to his knowledge so that amicable solutions could be found to carry forward the development tasks.

Directing the officials of the Public Works Department (PWD), Uttar Pradesh State Bridge Corporation (UPSBC), and Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam (UPRNN) to follow the Covid protocol strictly while taking up the development work, Maurya in a statement claimed here on Wednesday that the officials should ensure that the budget allocated for various development work was exhausted in time and that all the ongoing projects were completed within the stipulated time.
