Kanpur airport new terminal building​

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath and civil aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has inaugurated the new terminal building of Kanpur airport on May 26.

​16 times bigger​

The new terminal building – which is 16 times bigger than the existing terminal – is a step towards improving connectivity and enhanced passenger experience, and will also integrate the culture and heritage of Kanpur.

Area & cost​

The terminal building is built in an area of 6,243 square metres at a project cost of Rs 150 crore. It has a spacious concessionaire area covering 850 square meters, offering a diverse range of retail and dining options for travellers.
