JSW Energy rises 3% as firm completes reorganisation of renewable, thermal biz

NEW DELHI – JSW Energy added 3.1 per cent in early trade on Thursday as the company completes a series of actions aimed at reorganisation of its green and grey business areas, focusing on renewable energy and thermal power.

As part of the move, 100 per cent of shares held by JSW Renew Energy (Kar), JSW Renewable Energy (Dolvi), JSW Energy (Kutehr) and JSW Hydro Energy have been transferred to JSW Neo Energy (JSWNEL).
